Reservations made through the www.casanaya.com website entail the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions which are deemed to be an integral part of the reservation, and these are completed by the applicable specific legislation.
RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS: The full value of the reservation is payable at the time the reservation is made, using a secure card transaction or by way of a bank transfer. The reservation shall not be considered to be definite until the said payment is made. The client shall receive the details of the reservation that has been made via e-mail, together with an ID number (locator), along with all related information, the conditions, and the refunds policy. The transaction shall be carried out in EUROS, irrespective of the origin of the client or the establishment selected.
THE RESERVATION INCLUDES: The services described in accordance with the reservation conditions stipulated by each tourism establishment selected at the time the reservation is made, V.A.T. included.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT: When making the reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all information given. Where the said information is found to be inaccurate, the reservation may be cancelled. All communications, reservations for accommodation, and payment transactions are carried out in the most secure environment available today. Your reservation for accommodation will receive the highest protection possible. Your card details will only be shared with your Bank. No one else. Reservation at www.casanaya.com is very easy. You can make your reservation easily 24 hours a day any day of the week. Once you have selected the Hotel and after verifying availability, you simply have to follow three simple steps. Select any one of the various methods allowed to make your reservation: payment via credit card, via bank transfer. Give your credit card details in order to make your payment and confirm your reservation. This information will be routed via a secure payment pathway to our Bank. You will find a link to these general reservation conditions. You will receive confirmation of your reservation and a ‘reservation code’ visible on the screen, and you will also receive a message in your e-mail inbox. You can store and print the details of your reservation and the general conditions applicable to it. With regard to payment, this is carried out using all security measures available today, using the virtual Point Of Sale (POS). The system will send a coupon to your e-mail address indicating the details of your reservation and the sum paid. When will your credit card be charged? This depends on your country. It may take up to 5 days for it to appear on your credit-card statement. The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, irrespective of the origin of the client. Arrival and departure: In accordance with international practice, rooms or apartments are available as from midday on the day of arrival. At some hotels and apartments the room is vacated at midday, in which case it will need to be cleaned and will not be available until 14:00 h. Please bear this in mind if you are expecting to arrive before midday. The reservation includes the services described in accordance with the reservation conditions stipulated at the time the reservation is made. V.A.T. is included. Departure: You will have to vacate your room by midday on the day of departure. This is particularly important if your return flight is in the evening and you are not planning to leave your hotel/apartment until late afternoon or even after midnight. Perhaps you arrive in the early hours and occupy your room immediately. This will count as your first night. On the day of departure you might have to wait for a long time before leaving the hotel/apartment for the airport. Most hotels/apartments will allow you to pay a supplement to stay in your room until you leave, but only where there are rooms available. If not, they should have facilities to store your luggage and perhaps also for you to get changed, have a shower, etc. Please check with reception when you arrive. If you wish, you can book an extra night that will allow you to keep your room or apartment until you leave.
Cancellation policy (Accommodation)
- If cancelled after confirmation of reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 6 weeks in advance, 100% of the total stay will be charged. This amount is non refundable.
