By making a reservation, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations & Payment
All reservations are managed through our booking system, RoomRaccoon.
Payments are processed securely via RoomRaccoon using encrypted payment systems. All transactions are made in euros.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival.
What’s Included
The reservation includes the selected accommodation and agreed services, including VAT. Please note that breakfast is not included.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
Casa Naya Ibiza SL reserves the right to cancel a reservation if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: before 11:00
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Please refer to the cancellation terms as stated in RoomRaccoon at the time of booking. The deposit of 30% is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation or modification.
Privacy
Casa Naya Ibiza SL undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights).
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of managing reservations and providing our services, and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. Guests have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.
Guest registration
In accordance with Spanish law, guest identification details may be shared with the official SES Hospedajes system and relevant authorities for legal compliance purposes.
