- All prices are excluding Balearic Ecotax.
- Prices of all rooms, studio and one-bedroom apartment are based on 2 persons.
- Prices of two-bedroom apartment are based on 4 persons.
- Baby cot 0-2 years € 10,- p.p.p.n.
- Extra bed/sofa children 2-18 years € 20,- p.p.p.n.
- Extra bed/sofa adults € 35,- p.p.p.n.
- Minimum stay 4 nights in June, July, August and September. Minimum stay 3 nights in April, May and October.
- In order to confirm the booking a 25% of the total price of the stay will be charged via bank transfer or credit card.
- Check-in time from 2.00 PM.
- Check-out time before 11.00 AM
Extras
- Children 0-2 years free.
- Breakfast is €15'00 for adults and €6'50 for children 2-10 years.

Cancellations
- If cancelled after the reservation has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If cancelled less than 6 weeks in advance, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
